I don't even like spicy food. So why have I been scouring pinterest looking for recipes in which to use my new favorite condiment - sriracha?
New recipes on my list of things I want to make...
Sriracha-Miso Salmon
Mix 2 tsp. Sriracha, 1 Tbsp. miso, and 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Spread on four 4-oz. salmon fillets. Broil until browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes.
Sriracha Egg Salad
Mix chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, pickle relish, and Sriracha.
Sriracha Brussels Sprouts
Mix Sriracha, honey, and fresh lime juice to taste; drizzle over roasted brussels sprouts.
And it's a good thing all of these recipes are relatively healthy...bc I haven't run in a week! A week! What is wrong with me? The days just got away from me, there were other things going on or it was just too hot. So. Many. Excuses. I keep talking about how I want to get faster and run longer and I'm not running at all.
I've already made this chicken salad...and it was pretty damn good. |
