I can not believe it is July already...where has this year gone?!? Does anyone else really feel like we're halfway through the year?
I don't have too much planned for this month. But there are a few things on the radar.
I am making this - Gnocchi with Squash & Sweet Corn - for dinner tonight.We have a late meeting and will miss our Tuesday night run, so E is going to come over and I'll cook for us.
Friday is the fourth of July and we're running a 5K in the morning and then grilling out at night and possibly setting off our own fireworks.
For the rest of the month, I hope to...
try more new recipes - I really need to start cooking at least four days a week. We have been going out to eat so much, which is great and fun and I always have a good time, but let's be real. That food is not that healthy.
work our 5-6 days a week - If I really am going on vacation, then I have six weeks to get my butt in gear. I had been doing really well in the workout department with rowing and running and after the fourth I need to get back into it.
maybe complete a few items off this summer to do list...
