It was easier to find things to write about when I actually had stuff going on and was training for races.
Right now I'm just a blob. A waste of space. I'm barely running and for no good reason other than I'm not in the mood.
I don't have any real races coming up, so there's nothing forcing me to stay in shape.Maybe if my goal is new Prs, that will be enough to motivate me.
Today. Today I will run after work. I have to stick to it. Except that it is supposed to rain this afternoon. And I melt. I don't like to run in the run anymore.
I'm in a rut. I would say just a running rut, but that's not exactly true. I don't do much. Work, read, eat, sleep, go out once in a blue moon and, when I feel like it, work out. That's it. not much going on here. Sometimes I enjoy it. Other times I am bored out of my mind. It's time to do something to change that.
