Here's what: April 11

Here's what three things I'm obsessed with this week...
It's raining in Houston right now and since I didn't feel like putting on my rain boots, I was stuck with either sneakers or Toms as my best option. I'm thinking I might need these Hunter 'Romilly' Waterproof Flats.
The Boston Marathon is on Monday and since the broadcast rights are owned by Universal Sports that means that almost no one will be able to watch it. The network is only on Dish and DirecTV along with four other minor cable providers. And if you want to watch it online, you have to sign in through/with one of those cable providers. So I will be on the lookout for a pirated feed.
I know I just came back from vacation, but sometimes that can be even more tiring than work. So this weekend I am looking forward to doing hardly anything. I will finally finish unpacking, maybe do a little spring cleaning and then hopefully sit out by the pool and read my books.

New Goals - Lean

So I finally went back for my follow up body fat test last Tuesday. I didn't really know what to expect. I knew I had lost some weight and I could see more muscle definition, but I wasn't sure. I told myself I would be happy with anything under 30% since I was 33.8 the last time I went.

So of course in the lead up to the test I had like 5 cheat meals. Insert eye roll here. Saturday was margaritas and Mexican for dinner. Sunday was brunch and champagne and pizza. And then Monday was more Mexican bc of Sunday. Whoops.

Clearly I had to run Tuesday morning before the test. hahahaha

Then at lunch time I headed over to visit Heather. The got a new machine that's so supposed to be even more accurate than the BodPod and you don't even have to strip down lol.

So my new results were:
Weight - 147.6
Body Fat - 27.8

So I lost 6.3 pounds and 6% body fat. Total time elapsed between tests was 16 weeks.

This places me in the moderately lean category for women.

Moving forward, I think …

Hello Weekend

Finally. Just one more day of work. And then it's the weekend. No sleeping in for me though. Early morning group run and volunteer lunch tomorrow and then course tour on Sunday.
