Last week was...better. I only ran twice and not one of those runs was on the weekends. But it was still a good week. I ate mostly healthy and that 8:43/mile 4 miler was pretty good if I do say so myself - two of those miles were at 8:30.
But. But now I have a half marathon coming up in less than two weeks. What was I thinking? I haven't run anything over six miles since before the race. Maybe I can get one long run in tomorrow and one on Sunday and then rest up and be ok? We'll see. Anyone else running the Rhythm and Blues Half? Feel free to carry me to the finish line :)
