Last week was...better. I only ran twice and not one of those runs was on the weekends. But it was still a good week. I ate mostly healthy and that 8:43/mile 4 miler was pretty good if I do say so myself - two of those miles were at 8:30. But. But now I have a half marathon coming up in less than two weeks. What was I thinking? I haven't run anything over six miles since before the race. Maybe I can get one long run in tomorrow and one on Sunday and then rest up and be ok? We'll see.
